Zell am See for dogs
There is a lot of valuable information, when our guests arrive with their dog in Zell am See: The Zell dog zone is located on the north-eastern side of Lake Zell. You can reach it via the Thumersbach Landesstraße and stop at the “Haus Gabi” swimming area. There are plenty of parking spaces and a cosy restaurant with café next to the zone. Unfortunately the dog area itself does not have a sluice, but should offer enough space to get ride of some energy for your loved one. There are two separate paths around the lake: for pedestrians and cyclists. Anyway, it is advisable to keep your dog on a leash in the centre of Zell am See or in busy places. It is important to mention your dog at the time of reservation. So we can prepare ourselves for your arrival. The the dog-friendly holiday flat includes following utensils on request:

In addition to the three lidos at the Lake Zell (where dogs are not allowed), there are some swimming spots around Lake Zell, where you can bring your dog free of charge:

Hikes with your dog in Zell am See
In addition to classic activities, there are of course numerous walks and hikes that are perfectly suited for your furry companion. You can always take your dog with you on the dog-friendly cable cars during the summer months.
