The lake view suites Villa Julia are located directly at the lake and is the pure summer holiday feeling of Zell am See-Kaprun. Our apartments at the lake are inviting for a morning swim or many activities in the afternoon. These activities can be a boat cruise on Lake Zell. Beside those attractions at the lake, we have many more which can used free of charge or discount with our holiday homes in Zell am See including summer cards. Some of our guests have furry company with them. Of course we welcome our four-legged guests as well in our dog-friendly apartments.

Winter holiday at the slopes in the center of Zell am See

There is only a small number of apartments directly at the slopes and in the center of Zell am See. Beside the Grand Hotel, we are one of the few houses, which has this unique combination in the Alps. Quite a high number of our visitors arrive by an electric vehicle. Luckily, we equipped our apartments with electric car charging. Especially in the winter times Zell am See is struggling with enough parking spots. While many houses do not even offer parking, our guests book apartments with free parking spots. Sounds interesting? Yes, Zell am See is located on an alluvial cone which offers less space. Nevertheless there is nothing to be compared to the romantic atmosphere of the romantic old town of Zell am See in Salzburger Land.

Our guests enjoy sunny hours in one of the lidos at lake Zell or will receive tips for the secret bathing spots. For those who doesn´t wanna watch the boats, can have a look on the departure times of the shipping at lake Zell. Not only the MS Schmitten, but also small rental shops offer their boats for a private tour. New are our own SUPs, wich can be used free of charge by all our guests for a SUP Tour at lake Zell. How is it working? You just need to reserve them with us, take the SUP from the bottom and start the fun just in front of the door.
